We’ve officially kicked off renovations at Project Pluto, and we’re thrilled to share a first look at the transformation in progress.

The demolition phase is now underway — and with it, the original layout is coming down to make way for something entirely new. Walls have been removed, sightlines are opening up, and the bones of the space are already showing incredible potential.

Behind the scenes, we’ve finalized our updated layout and selected the core materials for the project. The new floor plan reflects our focus on modern functionality, light flow, and maximizing every square foot.

You’ll find a side-by-side comparison of the before and after layouts below, alongside early inspiration boards and material selections that reflect our vision: warm tones, clean lines, and elevated but livable details.

We’re now working on photorealistic renderings that will bring the design concept to life — and we can’t wait to show you. The next update will feature more renovation photos and a first look at what the finished space will look like.
