Since our last update, we have wrapped up some critical infrastructure that sets the stage for everything to come.

Our framing is complete, locking in the final layout. The self-levelling is done across the entire unit, a crucial step for flooring and cabinetry precision. Electrical and plumbing work is underway but paused while we wait for final fixture deliveries.

We have started capturing real-world progress shots to pair with our original renderings. While we are still in the early stages, the layout and structural flow are already reflecting the final version.

Once deliveries land, we will begin drywall installation, lighting and plumbing rough-ins, cabinet installs, and flooring.

We are officially through the messy part, now comes the transformation!
